reliever, and can work as well as over the
counter medicines or even some
pharmaceutical grade pain relievers. You just
have to actually make sure you give her a

2 The Vagina Cleans Itself
A woman’s genitals are designed to clean
itself – meaning, douching is completely
unnecessary and can actually do more harm
than good. After menstruation, it cleans itself
out and continues to do so throughout a
woman’s monthly cycle. It also will clean itself
out after sex! This helps prevent yeast or
bacterial infections. However, if more bacteria
or yeast are introduced than the body can
handle, an overgrowth can occur. This usually
can be easily treated with over the counter
creams or doctor prescribed antibiotics.
3 It’s Not All About The G-Spot
The g-spot gets all the credit for giving
women amazing orgasms, but there is
another spot – called the A-Spot – that can be
just as effective at giving a woman an earth
shattering climax. The A-Spot is located
deeper within the canal than the g-spot (right
in front of the cervix) and it can be stimulated
using the same “come hither” motion with
your fingers that you would use if you were
stimulating the g-spot. Just remember that
since you’re going very deep inside a woman,
you need plenty of good lubrication and you
need her to be aroused first so it’s not painful
or uncomfortable.
4 You Are What You Eat
A healthy vagina has an odor, but it is usually
not very pungent. A yeast or bacterial

natural place in the body. This condition is
common following surgeries such as
hysterectomies, but can also happen without
any prior event. In severe cases, this medical
condition will cause the inner tissues to
protrude through the vaginal opening.
6 Female Ejaculation Does Exist
Women – in addition to men – can ejaculate
varying amounts of fluid during orgasm. Many
women are able to produce very large
amounds of fluid! Some skeptics report that
the “ejaculate” that comes from a woman
isn’t actually ejaculate at all, but urine.
However, science has found that the
components of female ejaculate are separate
from the components of urine are very
different and while the fluid does come from
the paraurethral ducts, it does not come from
the bladder.

skin feeling greasy! Squalene is most likely
what makes natural secretions good for the
health of the genitals, because it keeps the
tissue moist and supple.

Its another morning Again I have to go to the office.

Ohh!! this is me... I shouted, having a glance at my ‘photo’ in today's news paper.

But what the HELL is it doing in the death column??

Strange...

One second.......Let me think, last night when I

was going to bed I had a severe pain in my chest,

but I don't remember anything after that, I think

I had a sound sleep.

It's morning now, ohh... It's already 10:00AM,

where is my coffee?

I will be late for office and my boss will get a

chance to irritate me..

Where is everyone...??? I screamed.

"I think there is a crowd outside my room, let me

check." I said to myself.

So many people, Not all of them crying..

But why are some of them crying...

WHAT IS THIS??? I’m lying there on the floor...

"I AM HERE" ....... I shouted!!! No one is

listening.

"LOOK I AM NOT DEAD".... I screamed once again!!

No one is interested in me.

They all were looking at me on the bed.

I went back to my bed room.

"Am I dead??" I asked myself...

Where is my wife, my children, my Mom, my Dad, my

friends?

I found them in the next room, all of them were

crying...still trying to console each other.

My wife was crying... she was really looking sad.

My little kid was not sure what happened, but he

was crying just because his Mom was sad..

How can I go without saying to my kid that I

really love him,

I really do care for him.??

How can I go without saying to my wife that she is

really the most beautiful and most caring wife in

this world..??

How can I go without saying to my parents that I’m

what I am ... just because of you??

How can I go without telling my friends that

without them perhaps I would have done most of the

wrong things in my life...thanks for being there

always when I need them...and sorry for not being

there when they really need me..

I can see a person standing in the corner and

trying to hide his tears....

Oh.... he was once my best friend, but a small

misunderstanding made us part, and we both have a

strong enough ego to keep us disconnected.

I went there..... And offered him my hand,"Dear

No response from other side, what the hell?? He is

still preserving his ego, I am saying sorry... even

then!!!

I really don't care for such people.

But one second...... It seems he is not able to see

me!!!! He did not see my extended hand.

I just sat down near ME;I was also feeling like

crying...

"OH ALMIGHTY!!!! PLEASE JUST GIVE ME FEW MORE

DAYS..."

I just want to make my wife, my parents; my

friends realize how much I love them.....

My wife entered the room, she looks beautiful.

"YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL" I shouted.

She didn't hear my words, in fact she never heard

these words because I never said this to her.

"GOD!!!!" I screamed... a little more time plzzzzz...

I cried...

One more chance please... to hug my child, to make

my mom smile just once, to feel my dad proud of me

at least for a moment, to say sorry to my friends

for everything I have not given to them, and

thanks for still being in my life....

Then I looked up and cried!!

I shouted.......

"GOD!!!! ONE MORE CHANCE PLEASE!!!!"

"You shouted in your sleep," said my wife as she

gently woke me up. "Did you have a nightmare?"

I was sleeping....

Ohh that was just a dream....

My wife was there... she can hear me...

This is the happiest moment of my life...

I hugged her and whispered....

"YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CARING WIFE

IN THIS UNIVERSE..... I REALLY LOVE YOU, DEAR"

I can't understand the reason of the smile on her

face with some tears in her eyes, still I’m

happy....

"THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS SECOND CHANCE."

Max, a student in college is a young,agile,good-looking  christian guy in his early twenties. He strives to please God in all his endeavours. Fully aware of the  rampaging monsta called fornication,he decided to maintain his dignity and 'stay clear'. He attends a fellowshp in school,on this fateful day,Max comes across a lady,Vivian,19. Max never knew Vivian,but her elegant looks were so deceptive that Max couldn't see beyond her facial beauty. Unknown to him,Vivian is just one of those many ladies who pretend to be sisters in the Lord,but have committed fornication several times and still do taking GODS mercy for granted. Well,since she caught his fancy,they became friends. Max tried to know her more,even if he did,he never get to know she was a seductres. They both started sharing God's word,prayed for each other,and go out together. But then,something happened. Vivian started to seduce Max,and try to lure him to fornication. Max know it wasn't right,he know he could cut off the friendship,but he didn't.
 This was his one weakness about women,and even though he had been abl 2 ovacme alot n d past,he jxt cldnt gt ova Vivian. Max thght 2 hmslf 'watz d point anyway?,i havn't hd any sexual fan al my life,my lif is just so boring,all my friends do this and get away with it,after all it is  just some few minutes,and then I'll ask God for  forgiveness,I must not. lf this opportunity pass me by,it is  an open invitation and i cant help it'.
 Hmmm,Max was troubled in his spirit not to yield but his heart had become stony. He went to Vivians apartment and there and then,it happened...they fornicated. But,tragically,during their sexual intercourse,Max collapsed and dropped dead right on top of Vivian. Bt it was too late,before there could be any medical help,he was gone. Vivian couldn't believe it,she know Max never wanted to do this,but she seductively coaxd him into doing so. Two  months later,Vivian became born again and turned from her old ways. Max,ironically,never had a chance to make amends for his wrong deed.
Hmm.... Many of us today think to ourselves ' it is  no big deal,it is  being done everywhere,even in churches,i'll just try it this once and that 'would be all' . NO, DON'T BELIEVE THAT THOUGHT IT A LIE OF DEVIL TO  DECEIVE YOU.
You  think you 'll just get away with it like everyone else's does?,YOU NEVA KNOW,you might not. We need to fear God and keep His commandments,he asks us to  FLEE fornication,to flee. When we feel tempted, ask God for the grace to overcome because this sin of fornication is drowning a lot of youths today,BUT,I PRAY THAT IT WONT DROWN US in Jesus' name. For those who it has drowned,seek God's face,ask Him to forgive you,and DON'T GO BACK. It is WELL. We should not do what the people of the world or even so-called Christians are doing,because like Max,unlike(Vivian),WE MAY NEVER HAVE A SECOND CHANCE

I used to be that innocent girl
who had the world at her feet. I
was beautiful and I had eyes and
hips that could make men sway,
and to top it all up, I was a
Christian, a very good Christian
with a heart burning for God.
When I entered the university, I
met a guy, his name was Derrick. I
couldn’t believe my luck the first
time I bumped into him on my
way to class, he had such a kind
smile and a tender look that
weakened my knees when he
spoke.
Because I was late for class we
couldn’t talk much but barely
three weeks later, I met him at the
fresher’s night party and I was
overwhelmed. We got talking and
I found out that he was in his
second year and from that night,
we became an inseparable pair.
At first, we were friends and as
months passed by, we got closer
and closer and the chemistry
between us was undeniable.
About a year after I entered the
university, Derrick and I started
dating. He was everything a girl
could ever want and desire save
the fact that he wasn’t so much
of a Christian. Derrick had magical
hands that made him hard to
resist and most times I fell for it.
At first, I felt bad but when I
couldn’t help falling into the same
pit I killed the guilt on my inside.
And then one day, one of my
friends said I was getting fatter
and that got me thinking and in
the process I began to link the
dots…first I had a vomiting spree
every morning which I thought
was due to a flu and then I had
this morning sickness which I felt
was due to stress and then my
missing period…oh no it can’t be
possible I said to myself, I couldn’t
be pregnant!!!
After a series of test outside
school, I realized the deadliest
truth, I was indeed pregnant. I
was only nineteen, I still had a
whole life ahead of me, what was
I going to do. I couldn’t tell my
parents, they wouldn’t hear of it. I
had to go to Derrick to tell him
what I had found out.
On telling him, I saw him fly into a
temper I had never seen in my
life. He was so hysterical, calling
me all sorts of names and I didn’t
even know when I started crying
heart drenching tears of hurt and
betrayal. When he looked into my
eyes he must have realized how
scared and hurt I was and so he
pulled me close and ran his hands
through my hair until I had calmed
down and then he said to me in
the most subtle voice ever ” why
don’t you have an abortion”. I
pulled back instantly, I couldn’t
have an abortion! But when he
talked about my parents and the
sanctioning of the school and the
fellowship which I belonged to, I
knew I had no other choice.
Derrick had made all the
arrangements and so on the
supposed day we went to the
room- like clinic. I shivered all
through my way
there but Derrick kept telling me
that it would be okay and that he
was proud that I made such a
brave decision. When I entered
into the room where the abortion
was supposed to take place I laid
down on the table trying to
dissociate my mind from what I
was about to do and then a
young man told me sternly, ” you
know I can’t perform this
procedure with your underwear
on” and then I began to pull it off.
As I did this a sense of guilt
overwhelmed me, first I had
pulled off my underwear of
pleasure and now I was pulling it
off to get rid of the stigma the
pleasure had brought…what a
shame, I felt so exposed.
All through the times that I felt
instruments coming in and out of
me, I kept thinking of the lady I
had become and the hypocrite I
had transformed into. I let out a
sigh, only if I can get through this
I muttered… only if…and then I
felt a sharp pain pierce through
the whole of my body, I screamed
but then the doctor told me to be
quiet. I felt another pain but this
time I bit my lip and then the pain
began to come in successions. I
instinctively knew that something
was wrong but I was too weak to
talk or to move and then I heard
the voices of Derrick and the
doctor talking about the fact that
I was bleeding excessively. The
pain was so unbearable and I
could feel myself getting weaker
and weaker. With the last
strength in me, I pleaded with God
”Oh Lord I’m so sorry for taking
my under wears off, please
forgive me.” and I drifted into a
world where the pain seemed less
hurtful and the voices seemed
more distant.
Friends, our bodies are the temple
of the Lord… Do not take off your
underwear when the time is not
right. Lots of girls who gained
admission into the university as
virgins eventually lost it so
cheaply to guys who have
nothing to do with their
destinies. In a bid to get a
certificate, they sold out a destiny
that certificate cannot guarantee.
Friends, permit me to say it for
the umpteenth time, even if you
have lost your virginity, you can
become chaste again! Record a
period of virginity from a
particular time till marriage and in
the presence of God, you are as
chaste as someone who has
known no man because you have
chosen to honor Him again
despite your past.
Virtuous women aren’t in bed
with their fiancé right now. If he
is sleeping with you…he’s sleeping
with others. Yup, you are not the
only one. A boyfriend, even a long
term one is STILL not a husband.
Too many women are giving
boyfriends husband privileges!
We keep losing what is rightfully
ours because we keep messing
with what’s not ours. There is just
something classy about a
woman who can control her
emotions!
Many have been laid on the slab
of abortion, yet they keep
involving in activities that will
take them back on that slab!
Risking it all!
Please, DON’T TAKE OFF YOUR
UNDERWEAR!; any man who has
not signed his life to you is not

Scripture memorization is a cure to christian immaturity

Many people don't think they can memorize their way out of a new shopping mall let alone remember a verse in the Bible. I've spoken with dozens of people about Scripture memorization who say the same thing: "I have a terrible memory." My answer to them is, "Nonsense!" Everyone memorizes all the time. You've learned to speak, haven't you? You've memorized thousands of do's and don't's in life, right? You know your social security number, your phone number, your address, how many brothers, sisters, or children you have, how to get to work and what to do when you get there. The problem is not that people can't memorize, it's that they won't memorize.

The Bible is the foundation for witnessing and you must memorize verses to be able to use it -- this applies to your devotional life as well as witnessing. One serious problem I've found is that most people have memorized fewer than seven verses. The average Jehovah's Witness has committed many more to memory and, given the opportunity, could make the average Christian feel about as knowledgeable as banana bread. What I would like to do is help you memorize better.

Four easy steps to memorization

There are four easy steps to Scripture memorization. Let's use 1 Peter. 2:24 as an example: "and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by his wounds you were healed" (NASB).

Step 1: Location

The first step is to memorize the location, not the verse. The reason for this is if you forget the verse, but you've memorized the location, you can always go look it up.

First, memorize the location: "1 Peter 2:24." Say "1 Peter 2:24" over and over again. Don't worry about what it says at first, just memorize the location. Make sure that when you say 1 Peter 2:24 it flows smoothly off your lips. Say 1 Peter 2:24 emphasizing different syllables. Say 1 Peter 2:24, or 1 Peter 2:24 or 1 Peter 2:24 or even 1 Peter 2:24. But say 1 Peter 2:24 enough times that when you say 1 Peter 2:24, it is as natural as breathing.

Step 2: Gist

The second step is to learn the gist of what the verse is. In this case it is very simple, "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross." Say, "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross" in different ways. Say, "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross," or "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross," and "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross," etc. But say "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross" enough times that when you say, "Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross," it is as natural as saying 1 Peter. 2:24. (Kind of repetitive, isn't it?)

Step 3: Association

The third part is more fun. This is where you associate the two together. Say, "1 Peter 2:24 is Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross. Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross is 1 Peter 2:24. 1 Peter 2:24 is Jesus bore our sins in His body on the cross...". Say this over and over again, about ten times. In no time, if you do this, you will memorize.

This association part is important because it helps you to think of one part whenever you think of the other. For example, if someone asked you "Where does it say that Jesus bore our sin in his body?", you'd immediately reply with "1 Peter. 2:24." It works.

Step 4: A piece of paper
The fourth and final part is to take a piece of lined paper, 8 1/2" by 11", and draw a vertical line about one inch from the left hand side.

Write the verse location in the left column on your paper and on the right side simply write the verse. Do this with each verse you want to remember. Fold it up, put it in your pocket or purse, and carry it with you everywhere you go. When you forget a verse or its location simply pull out the paper and refresh your memory. In no time at all, you'll have over one hundred verses committed to memory.

Memorization is like exercise. The more you do it, the easier it gets; the less you do the harder it gets. So do it. If you follow this procedure your mind will become like a sponge, you'll end up memorizing all sorts of stuff with the greatest of ease, like how many socks are in your drawer, everything that is in your refrigerator, and even where your car keys are.

And one more thing. You will be amazed at how the Lord uses what you've memorized.

Media freedom is undermined by a lack of information infrastructure as well as skills and literacy to access and critically evaluate information. The ability to access vital information, especially government information, makes it difficult for media practitioners and the general public to accurately report on issues that concern them.
According to World Press Freedom Day celebrated on 3 May and to mark this occasion, the Media Institute of Southern Africa (MISA) launched its annual state of media freedom report, So this is Democracy, under the theme Difficulty in the Access of Information Undermines the Media". Some of the issues in the report are related to access to and freedom of information.

The case is not different in Ghana, where the government reneging on their pledges to promote access to information is not materialising and the need to pay serious attention to it or failed to empower the masses.
 I believe that within the self-regulatory framework of the media, those who sit in media/press councils/tribunals will have to create some critical distance between themselves and the media they regulate, in order to gain confidence from both the public and those who criticise them.

I therefore seek to advocate for legislation that allows citizens to freely access public information, in a bid to foster public accountability.

Democracy is about empowering citizens so that they are able to actively take ownership of their own growth and development objectives.

It is my strongest belief that information is power only when it can be productively used by the public and gives citizens the greatest opportunity to make decisions that enable them to question the sincerity and honesty of those who have been trusted with positions of power.
2012 Election, the masses need information to  make an informed decisions, but where is the quality information?

How to Open The Door of Honour

All throughout scripture, we see that God's system operates on the principle of sowing and reaping. The seeds we sow are our words, thoughts and actions. The Bible talks about sowing to the flesh and sowing to the Spirit. In other words, we can sow the Word of God and reap spiritual blessing, or we can sow our own desires which can lead us down the wrong path. Always remember that everything in your life today is a direct result of the seed you've sown in the past, and every seed you are sowing today will produce a harvest in your future. Understanding this principle will greatly impact your life and especially your relationships!

One of greatest seeds you can sow into your relationships is the seed of honor. Honor is a major key to enriching your relationships and opens the door for God's honor and blessing in your own life in return. In fact, the first commandment in the Bible that carries a promise is to honor your parents so that you can have a long, happy life.

Honor can be displayed in many ways, but at its most basic level, honor treats others with respect or gives them special recognition. Showing honor is a choice, and we need to look for opportunities to honor the people in our lives. We can honor people by recognizing their accomplishments and abilities. You can honor people by simply acknowledging and esteeming them for who they are. You can also show honor and respect through small acts of kindness. Find out what makes the people in your life feel special. You don't have to plan some major surprise that takes weeks of organizing in order to really make an impact. It's great if you are able to pull off something outlandish, but I've found that small acts of kindness on a regular basis often have just as much, or even more, impact.

For example, Joel knows that I love one cup of coffee every morning. Although he doesn't drink coffee, he knows I love it, and so he takes time to make it for me every day and quite often he even brings it to me in bed! Usually, Joel gets up earlier than I do, and when I go into the kitchen and see my coffee already made, that lets me know that Joel was thinking about me. It tells me that when he got up, I was on his mind. Making the coffee doesn't take him two minutes. It's not hard; it's not expensive; yet, it lets me know that he values and honors me. That small act of kindness draws us closer together.

What can you do to show honor to the people in your life today? Can you affirm someone's talents? Can you honor them with your words? Can you show them acts of kindness? I encourage you today to go out of your way to show respect and love. Remember, little things do mean a lot. Find ways to honor others because when you do, you leave a lasting impression on their hearts and open the door for God to honor you...LEARN TO KEEP YOUR PRIDE TO YOURSELF & GIVE PEOPLE AROUND YOU THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE
